“From the initial enquiry to follow up after surgery the service has been professionall above and beyond expectation.
Lens replacement both eyes.
The initial enquiry was returned prompt with pricing, treatment process, hotel recommendations and useful information.
OK booked a week in Prague.
Wrong, Covid and Ryanair changed my plans.
Beauty in Prague said no problem and 8 Months later I was all rescheduled.
Followed their advice on Hotel… Excellent
Was met at airport and taken to Hotel.
Nela and Amal were my Patient coordinators, they were brilliant, they would have held my hand every day if needed, they organised all pick ups and transfers, took me to clinic and waited whilst acting as translator if required, although most of the clinic staff are able to converse in English.
The replacement surgery went great, shouldn’t advertise this but 3 hours after surgery I was able to visit pub, feeling good and with 20/20 vision.
Prague is a beautiful city and I had a weeks holiday sight seeing.
Beauty in Prague were faultless, professional and caring.
I tried to tip my coordinatiors, but they would not except, and were just happy that I was happy.
So complete package flights, hotel and a weeks holiday, got my eyes fixed and binned the glasses and all for half the UK price.
5 stars well deserved.”

“What an amazing experience. The Concierge team from Beauty in Prague took amazing care of me from the moment I reached out to them about the RLE (Refractive lens exchange). From being met at the airport to having someone with me at my appointments and surgery certainly made me feel much more at ease. The consultation, surgery and follow up appointments were all very professional indeed – couldn’t have expected anything more. I had the surgery on both eyes and it took less than half an hour. I could see amazingly straight afterwards. I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure as the local anesthetic did the trick 🙂 I was a little apprehensive on the day of the surgery but all the medical team were highly trained and very professional – I just knew I was in good hands. Prague is beautiful and I actually stayed for almost 2 weeks. You must see the castle and do the paddle boats on the river – so many beautiful sights to see – and the buildings – wow.
3 weeks later and it’s great to see everything so clearly without looking for glasses. My friends are amazed every time I pick up a jar with small writing and read it out to them :). Big thanks to the team at beauty in Prague, especially Nela, Tamara and Amal. Thank you. And thank you for everything. My eyes thank you for the new lease of life without glasses.”

“I booked my surgery in March 2020 at the start of the pandemic. My surgery actually went ahead in May 2021. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. From the surgeon to the patient co-ordinator , receptionist & drivers everyone was so helpful. I was worried about having surgery abroad but I feel I got a lot better service than I would of got in the UK & everyone spoke fantastic English.
A tummy tuck is a huge operation & was I uncomfortable after the op but in hardly any pain. Would recommend to anyone considering surgery abroad.”

“Myself and my wife both had tri focal eye surgery using Beauty in Prague, this was after a recommendation from.a friend. Everything worked seamlessly, from the organised pick up from the airport, to the taxi to and from the eye clinic (all included in the price), it was really well organised with no surprises, either with the itinerary or the actual eye surgery. Special mention must go to Beth, the patient coordinator, she speaks perfect English and was there throughout the stay, she organised everything and we have nothing but high praise for her. The actual surgery is carried out in a state of the art facility, the surgeon was excellent and very well known for his work and the equipment used is first class, probably better than the NHS has !!! There was no pain with the operation and just some slight irritation for a few days after. Both me and my wife can now see distance, close and everything in between, I would 100% recommend trifocal lens replacement and definitely recommend Beauty in Prague. As with everything if you are contemplating this procedure, do your homework, check out the YouTube videos and decide after thorough research. Lastly the price is less than 50% of the price you would pay in the UK, in fact you will get both eyes treated for less than one eye in the UK, with excellent German lenses.”

“I had lens replacement surgery and I’ve left it 4 weeks before leaving a review so I can leave accurate feedback. I’m sure your reading this looking for reassurance because your considering letting someone poke around with your eye, well consider yourself reassured, I am a squeamish as they come when it comes to eyes and I found the procedure to be an absolute breeze.
You initially sit in a room where the nurse puts in eye drops ( a lot of eye drops) then you realise that you can’t feel your eye, it’s not an unpleasant feeling, just weird. After a time i was placed into a gown and taken to the theatre where the Dr introduced himself. I then lay back and let him do his thing, the procedure again is not painful at all just an odd sensation, but all the time I was being reassured by the medical team and before I knew it I was done! 10 – 15 minutes. And that was me, I returned the next day and got the other eye done. So what to expect.
As I said I am 4 weeks post surgery and can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made in years. I can read small print up close again, see my phone and watch!”

“My wife and I had a fabulous trip to Prague for our replacement lenses, we were really looked after by beth and the medical team, everything went very smoothly and we were made very welcome, our operations were very quick only about 20 mins for both eyes, we now have perfect vision and can read the smallest of text without glasses.
Do not hesitate to get this operation if your wear glasses! We wish we had this done 15 years ago, it’s a fantastic procedure and Prague is a wonderful place to visit it’s both value for Money and beautiful city.”

“I am now nearly 2 weeks post lens replacement which I had with Beauty in Prague. I travelled with a friend who also had the same operation. The main deciding factor to having the treatment in Prague was cost , for me both eyes, hotel, flights, COVID tests and spending money was about £3500 compared to double that in UK and in the UK that’s just the treatment, BiP provided all the taxi transfers from the airport, hotel and clinic all within that price. The actual treatment was painless. I just want to say a massive thank you to the Beauty in Prague staff Nela, Tamara and our chaperone Angelika for making this trip and procedure faultless.”

“Beauty in Prague, Fantastic faultless experience. The company have well spoken English guides that assist you from start to finish. You feel like royalty. I had lens replacement surgery and the operation was faultless, the latest computer equipment for pre op analysis. The Beauty in Prague guides couldn’t do enough for me, always asking if I needed something. The cost was less than half I would have paid in the UK or Ireland and the care and attention far better. I went to Prague to get both of my cataracts done and also to have lens replacement surgery. I had no pain at all and like a miracle I could see immediately! I hugged the surgeon in excitement. I went back to my Hotel to relax and recover. I got loads of drops to put into my eyes so that they would heal quickly. Would I recommend Beauty in Prague – Yes, yes of course. Half the price and best of service. Way better then I expected.
