Well what can I say , WOW WOW WOW. I’ve just got back to the UK after having lens replacement surgery at Beauty in Prague and I can say enough about the experience from start to finish . From the start of the emails with Nela, who answered literally every single question I asked, to meeting Beth who took me through the whole process at the clinic, you two ladies are amazing in every way, and I cant thank you both enough. The clinic staff from reception to the surgeon are so professional to the highest degree. The surgery was ,well what can I say, it was that simple and pain free that other than the fact I can see, read and write clearly, wouldn’t even know I’ve had it done , 10mins each eye and you sit up and it’s done. The surgeon, George, is a very calming man and puts you at ease from the second you walk in and tells what he’s doing step by step, as the procedure goes through. Beauty in Prague you are amazing and I personally thank you for doing what you do so so well.
