Myself and my dad had lens replacement surgery and from the initial enquiry to the actual surgery the service was incredible. We were emailed a detailed itinerary before we travelled of appointments and the surgery. Everything was like clock work from the time we were picked up from the airport. The surgery went great, it was so quick and painless and the surgeon and staff were amazing and made us feel as ease. First class service from start to finish. I was picked up by taxi from airport, taken to my hotel, next day taxi picked me up for my examination at clinic where I was met by wonderful Beth, who assisted me with everything from transport to explaining everything that would happen. Everyone at the clinic was really nice friendly and very professional. I had cataract surgery and lens replacement, all painless and my eyesight is absolutely amazing, especially as before surgery I had very little vision in my left eye. Well what can I say , WOW WOW WOW. I’ve just got back to the UK after having lens replacement surgery at Beauty in Prague and I can say enough about the experience from start to finish . From the start of the emails with Nela, who answered literally every single question I asked, to meeting Beth who took me through the whole process at the clinic, you two ladies are amazing in every way, and I cant thank you both enough. The clinic staff from reception to the surgeon are so professional to the highest degree. The surgery was ,well what can I say, it was that simple and pain free that other than the fact I can see, read and write clearly, wouldn’t even know I’ve had it done, 10mins each eye and you sit up and it’s done. The surgeon, George, is a very calming man and puts you at ease from the second you walk in and tells what he’s doing step by step, as the procedure goes through.
