“I booked with Beauty in Prague as I wanted both eyes done on the same day. The information provided before hand was very informative and I had the opportunity to call some random people who also had trifocal lens replacement surgery for advice to give me extra confidence as I was doing it on my own.
So my surgery was done a week ago today and back to work with 2 screens, laptop and phone and not an issue.

“Brilliant. I had lens replacement surgery last week organised by Beauty in Prague and couldn’t be more delighted.
Nela took care of all the administration and replied immediately to any questions I needed answering. I travelled on my own and was met at the airport, taken to my hotel and then picked up for the appointment on Monday and Surgery on Wednesday. It was all so easy.
Beth, the coordinator, was waiting outside to meet me. She was lovely, spoke perfect English and took care of everything.

“Brilliant from start to finish! I had the lens replacement surgery in order to not have to wear lenses in future , it was organised by the lovely Nela who was incredibly helpful and answered lots of my questions. On the day of my consultation Beth met me from my taxi and guided me thereafter. She was always on hand for reassurance and sorted all of my pick ups and drop offs by the taxi., included in the price. The clinic is very clean and well organised and the surgeon was friendly and confident. “Needless to say my review is now just 3 days after surgery and the results have been quite emotional for me and I cannot seem to stop smiling. I cant believe that any company could be more professional in its approach to customer care and I mean EVERY ONE involved in organising my care. All the staff at the clinic were also incredibly professional as was the examination procedure with equipment that was the absolute latest technology which Id never seen in the UK and all the doctors were marvelous and aproachable also,and a BIG shout out to the main man “George” the surgeon and his team who done an amazing painless operation (both eyes less than 30 minutes) and kept me informed of each stage of the procedure that has given me a huge boost of happiness through having superb vision again which was so good after the operation that the very next day I could see the beautiful city of Prague in full colour and clarity.”
