“Beauty in Prague had been recommended to us by some friends from the UK and the service we received from the clinic was absolutely first class. My wife and I were collected from Prague airport by a taxi arranged by BiP and taken to our hotel. The following morning we were collected by taxi and taken to the clinic for our extremely thorough eye examinations which took around 90 minutes each. My wife had her lens replacement surgery on the Wednesday morning and a check up on Thursday morning. There was a very minor issue with her left eye which the clinic insisted on reviewing again on the Friday before we flew back to the UK. The overnight issue resolved itself (minor fluid behind the eye which is very common after an op) and my wife’s vision is now perfect, no need for glasses at all! The only reason that I did not have my operation following my examination was due to a pre booked activity that may have dislodged the newly replaced lenses but I will certainly be returning to have the procedure carried out as soon as I can. All of the staff at BiP were great but we would like to give a special mention to Tereza who was extremely personable, friendly and helpful, thank you for looking after us every step of the way.”
