“I’ve just returned after having lens replacement surgery. I had looked into getting it done in Scotland but the price was more than I could afford. After doing some research, I came across this clinic and noticed that it had great reviews. I contacted the clinic to find out more and Nela got back to me to explain about the process. She gave me phone numbers of people from the UK who’d previously had the same procedure. After speaking with them, I felt very reasurred and decided to book. Traveling during the pandemic meant that I had to arrange covid tests and fill in a passenger locator form, but Nela helped me with this. The passenger locator form was actually more stressful that the operation itself! It was a very short operation, 15 minutes for each eye. I felt no pain and could see straight away. I stayed in a lovely hotel in central Prague which was just a 10 minute walk from the main attractions. Prague is a beautiful city, the Old Town Square is particularly worth visiting. I spent my time sightseeing and eating in lovely, reasonably priced resturants. I also went on a boat trip and visited the Mucha exhibition. Although I travelled on my own, I felt completely safe the whole time and was well looked after by Nela and the team. I would thoroughly recommend this clinic, getting lens replacement surgery here is one of the best things I’ve ever done. It’s amazing being able to see again properly and to read without my glasses.”
