“I looked into lens replacement eye surgery in the UK and the prices being quoted were out of my range. I found beauty in Prague online and looked into it further. From the initial enquiry they were excellent, I got prompt replies to my emails and all questions regarding the procedure and travel we’re answered. A date for the procedure was offered and no deposit was asked for, simply booking my flights was taken as confirmation. Tereza was assigned to me as coordinator for my trip and she goes above and beyond with constant updates and information regarding the process. A large amount of stress and hassle is taken away with taxis collecting you from the airport and your accommodation throughout, we were messaged with collection time’s and taxi registration numbers etc. when at the eye clinic everyone is very friendly and helpful and they speak excellent English. The centre is state of the art with millions of pounds worth of equipment. The doctors and nurses are all very professional. George was my surgeon and he was very friendly and puts you at ease explaining everything he is doing throughout the process. I had a few hours of discomfort as the anesthetic wore off but nothing too bad, a good night’s sleep and the next day I woke with good vision and virtually no pain at all. I would recommend Beauty in Prague to anyone looking for Lens replacement surgery and cannot thank Tereza enough for her help throughout the trip. Prague is also a lovely city for a break and we were there in December so the Christmas markets were on and snow was on the ground. The whole trip with flights, accommodation meal’s out and the surgery was less than half the price I was being quoted in the UK, there is absolutely no reason to pay UK prices when this level of care and professionalism is available a short flight from home 10/10.”
