“I booked for this operation around two months ago and this week I travelled to Prague in order to go through the process to see if I was initially able to have this operation on the Monday. Let me first say the efficiency of the staff to arrange taxis to and from the airport and to and from the clinic is impressive in itself, not just for me but all the other patients and shouldn’t go unnoticed as I believe the UK wouldn’t cope with this type of organisation. The staff involved from the back office staff, the nurses, surgeon (George) and the patient co-ordinators are simply exceptional. What I can say with much confidence is that the early signs are good and I hope as time goes by and re-training the eyes with my new trifocal lenses and as my eyes heal things get better and better. If you are considering this operation at Beauty in Prague then let me put your mind at rest by telling you that you get this operation at probably half the cost of UK prices by the time you add on flights and hotel costs and this is done by people who are professional and efficient. Thank you for everything Beauty in Prague. You didn’t let me down.”

“After my recent lens replacement surgery, I cannot thank Beauty in Prague enough for providing me with the ability to see again without the need for glasses.
The complete process from initial enquiry, booking process, procedure to final check up was very professionally conducted.
The clinic is state of the art modern and has a very nice comfortable atmosphere.
All staff involved in the process including admin, nurses, ophthalmologists and the surgeon were excellent ambassadors for the clinic. “Arrived Sunday 17/09/23 picked up at the airport full high tech eye examination on Monday, on 20/09/23 I had my replacement lenses 20 minutes all completed and I could read very small text on my phone. 21/09/23 I had my checkup and told everything was perfect sight was 100% and would only get better, the clinic is next level snd I would highly recommend anyone wanting this procedure to contact Beauty in Prague the staff are amazing bug thanks to George my surgeon for my new eyes, snd special thanks to Marie, Natalie and Katerina for making this such a pleasant experience they are so professional and organised all the pickups and drop offs to the hotel, Thanks again you’ve all been amazing.”

“I cannot fault the service that BiP offer. Their assistance from start to finish was excellent. Taxis all on time and the treatment at the hospital ‘better’ than here in the UK. Marie was always on hand and a credit to BiP. Having had both lenses replaced was a painless and brief procedure. It is 2 weeks since the procedure and alI seems well. My eyes are dry from time to time and do get a little tired. However, eye drops do help. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Beauty in Prague.”
