“Fantastic service from start to finish, having travelled from Ireland alone to have Lens Replacement Surgery it was daunting but everything went so smoothly. Being in another country and having the worry of surgery hanging over you the fact that their service includes airport and appointment pick up and drop off is such a weight off your shoulders. The surgery went great, it was pain free and it really only takes a few minutes per eye. I have to say a special thank you to Tereza, my coordinator – she was amazing. “If anyone is having second thoughts about have lens replacement surgery at Beauty in Prague, please don’t, the whole experience has been amazing from first contact to the end. With excellent communication from the office ladies to the nurses and Dr’s all able to communicate in English. We arrived at the airport and someone was there to collect us and take us to the hotel, we were collected the next morning and taken to the clinic where we had all the necessary tests done. Two days later my husband and I had our surgery which was painless and very quick, we were taken back to the hotel afterwards. We were collected again the next morning to go for our checkup and both our vision was back to 20/20 after 1 day which is just amazing so thank you for giving my eyes back!!”

“I booked for this operation around two months ago and this week I travelled to Prague in order to go through the process to see if I was initially able to have this operation on the Monday. Let me first say the efficiency of the staff to arrange taxis to and from the airport and to and from the clinic is impressive in itself, not just for me but all the other patients and shouldn’t go unnoticed as I believe the UK wouldn’t cope with this type of organisation. The staff involved from the back office staff, the nurses, surgeon (George) and the patient co-ordinators are simply exceptional. What I can say with much confidence is that the early signs are good and I hope as time goes by and re-training the eyes with my new trifocal lenses and as my eyes heal things get better and better. If you are considering this operation at Beauty in Prague then let me put your mind at rest by telling you that you get this operation at probably half the cost of UK prices by the time you add on flights and hotel costs and this is done by people who are professional and efficient. “After my recent lens replacement surgery, I cannot thank Beauty in Prague enough for providing me with the ability to see again without the need for glasses.
The complete process from initial enquiry, booking process, procedure to final check up was very professionally conducted.
The clinic is state of the art modern and has a very nice comfortable atmosphere.
