After your cosmetic surgery:

Staying in the apartment:

- watching Satellite TV od DVD´s

  • listening to CD´s or the BBC Radio (you can tune it on 101.1FM)
  • reading English newspapers, magazines and books
  • playing cards and games

DVD´s, CD´s, cards, games, books and magazines in English are available in the apartments.

You can buy English newspapers (Daily Mail, Guardian etc.) from a newstand.

Outdoors:

  • Going for a walk

A short three minute stroll can take you to the Old Town Square, where you can admire the Astronomical Clock. From there you can carry on walking through the Charles Bridge up to the Castle.

  • Taking a tour

We can arrange for you Prague walking or boat tour, on which you will acquaint with Prague, its history, monuments and present life.

  • Going to a cinema

Not far away from your apartment there is a shopping center Slovansky dum with a cinema where 80% of movies are in English, Czechs watch it with czech subtitles. Tickets cost £4.

  • Shopping for food

Less than a block away is a passage into the shopping mall Kotva. Underneath the Kotva is „Albert“ grocery store from which you can quickly stock your apartment's kit­chen.

Shopping for presents, clothes etc.

Little over 5 minutes on foot towards Wenceslas Square you will find a main shopping district with department stores and shops – Debenhams, Tesco, Zara, H&M, Mango, Marks&Spencer, Benneton, Accessories etc.

Eating out

Many restaurants in this area are in early 1900's decor – absolutely splendid! You can choose from Czech, Italian, Greek, Chinese, Japanese etc. cousine. On the Wenceslas Square you can also eat at McDonald´s or KFC.

You will find many coffee shops, bars and pubs in this area.

An avarage price for main dish is £5; a cup of coffee £0,80; a glass of wine £1.
