„Well what can I say, wow!!! everything is what I expected. Got to Prague and someone was waiting for me to pick me up to take me to the apartment, then the next day I got picked in the morning and got taken to have blood tests, scan on my breasts, and everything was on time, didnt have to wait.“
„Then my consultation with Dr Kulhanek was just perfect he explained everything I needed to know, then my surgery was taken place in the afternoon on the same day, and woke up with my nurse next to me making sure I was ok, and night nurse was really helpful, she kept coming into my room the whole night cheaking up on me, I was really pleased with the service, and the way I was looked after. Later that day I was taken Back to my Apartment to rest. I was so pleased with Dr Kulhanek I have already recommended him to my family and friends who are looking at making surgery with him. Extremely pleased with the whole experience. Everything was taken care of and I didn't need to worry about a thing. All my emails (and I sent many!) were answered by Tamara really quickly and very informatively. I arrived in Prague where I was collected and driven to the apartment where the following days events were explained to me and any questions I had were answered. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, very spacious and just really really nice. I was collected and taken to the clinic early the next day for my consultation with Dr Topinka who explained to me what was possible and what he could do. Very honest and informed me of what I did not need to change as well! Then I had the pre-op tests, then I was taken up to the ward to await the operation. All the nurses and staff were lovely and the clinic is immaculately clean. I felt very at ease the whole time. I was then taken to the operating theatre and the next thing I knew it was all over and I was back in the ward. The care I received was excellent throughout. I spent the night at the clinic and Dr Topinka said I could go back to the apartment the following morning. I went for several further check-ups over the time I was in Prague and at the last one I was given all the information I needed on how to continue caring for my nose and also confirmation that I could fly home. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Prague and would not hesitate to recommend Beauty In Prague to everyone in the future. My Mother will be booking herself in later in the year! Excellent!
