I´ve always wanted to get fit, but as a busy mum of two I found it
impossible to find time for the gym or exercise classes. I found the
perfect solution – ahome cross-trainer. I´ve been using it twice a week
for the last month after the kinds have gone to bed, and I´ve already lost 4lb!
Now I´m considering Medium Liposuction or Mini Tummy Tuck in Prague

Weight is an extremely personal issue and no one should feel bullied into
being a certain shape or size. But it does make sense to look after your health.
Posh can keep her size-6 dresses, I just want to be a healthy weight
so that I can enjoy my life and family for as long as possible

I have struggled with my weight all my life. I lost about 4st to get married, but put about two thirds of it on again in the year since! I began dieting again and lost a stone. This year I have resolved to reach my target, I´m positive I can!

If you work out genuinely how long it took to put on your excess weight, it
could be five years, or even 10 years, as long as you get there.
I took three years to gain my weight, so I think half the time to get
it off again is pretty good going. It´s still a lot faster than it took me to
put it on!
