I have excess, wrinkled skin right at my waistline since having a child 25 yrs. ago. I weigh 123, and am 5'2" and am just slightly flabby, not obese. Would this be a minor or major procedure to improve this, and what kind of scar would be left?

i am 34 i have flabby skin with excess fat 5ft
3 weight 12 stone size 12 i don't know, well i surely
will have lipo ant t-tuck but i don't want a big scar is that going to be
established when in prague if small or medium t.tuck or 
in uk from the photos. also do you
arrange the flight booking as well and the flat from the pre op. i was
looking at the photos is there any telly in the apartment and hospital as
that's my only addiction or if not can it be arranged thank you
