Happy with my flat tummy :-)

Hi Tamara,

Thank you for your email. I arrived home safely and my recovery is getting better by the day. I will be visiting my doctor on Wednesday just to up date him on my surgery and to organise my stitches to be removed next week.

I would like to say that my time in Prague, the apartment, the clinic and the care I received went beyond my expectations. A big thank you to the Beauty in Prague team and the staff of the clinic.

Now that I'm well in recovery I've already started to think about what I can get done next!

would love a flat tummy

My friend had tummy tuck done. She is tiny (maybe 5'1'' and shoe size 5 and a similarly tiny body). After three kids she had SO much ''saggage'' you couldn't even distinguish her belly button on her stomach.

She waited and eventually just did it and was SO HAPPY she wished she had done it earlier. She is very modest (i.e. no bikinis for her) and really the only person she did it for was herself. Even her husband didn't really care.

She did have a definite recovery period that was difficult (it's surgery!) but she is extremely pleased.

I had a tummy tuck 2 years ago after having 3 large babies and very stretched out abdominal muscles. I also had a very large diastasis (space between the abdominal muscles) that would not go back together despite working out. My back was in pain daily, and that has improved tremendously since the surgery.

I had a regular full tummy tuck, where they sew up the muscles, take off a bunch of skin, new belly button, etc. I couldn't stand straight for about 2 wks, and it was very painful, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I no longer have to tuck my skin into my pants, and last summer I even wore a bikini. I LOVE my new belly!

I had a tummy tuck about 6 months ago. Dr. Kulhanek was my plastic surgeon and I couldn't recommend him more highly – he's great.

i had a baby 6months ago, do the doctors make u wait a certain time period before surgery?

Hi, i am interested in liposuction and wondered if this would be the best option or whether i would require a mini tummy. I currently have fat on my hips and a little bit of a flabby tummy. Please advise.

I am really interested in a tummy tuck but don't want to be thrown out of a clinic into some isolated flat or hotel after only 3 days. How much does it cost to stay in the clinic for maybe 3 more days? I am not concerned about the money more the safety aspect. Or are there nurses over there who would take people like me under their care at a cost of course, I'm petrified but desperate to get rid of my surplus skin.

Hi my name is doreen and I am due to go for a tummy tuck and liposuction on the 23rd of august this year, and I am wondering if there is anyone who is having their's around the same time as me and hopefully we can get to know each other and have someone to talk to about the experience, I must admit i am terrified about it already and it is still a few months off, but hopefully someone will be having their done near the same time as me or on the same day even, hoping to get some replies. I would also like to say that my name is doreen like I said but prefer to be called dee, doesn't make me feel quite so old.

I went with Beauty in Prague for a facelift and tummy tuck last year. It was the best thing I have ever done. I was nervous as anything about the whole thing, but nothing compares to the plastic surgeon (Dr Ales Nejedly), apartment and service, and the whole experience. It has changed my life and it was the best thing i have ever done. From my experience, I met over 10 happy clients in town with Beauty in Prague, so can't beat that. Emma xxx

Hi Emma, I am eager to have it done but I am for my sins a student nurse so have to wait until I have finished my next placement and that finishes in August so I will fly out not long after I finish there, last placement was surgical so that was cool, but still I am nervous, but glad that your tummy tuck and facelift went well and has changed your life, It would be cool to hear from a few people about their experiences in Beauty in Praque, but would be great to meet someone who will be there while I am. The main thing is that everyone achieves what they want and I know that having the tummy tuck will change my life too, and the scars fade so that does not concern me, anyway hope to hear from anyone who cares to share any experiences they had even if it was a bad one which I am sure there are not many.

Hi Dee my name is Rachel and i'm due to have my tummy tuck with liposuction on August 16th this year so if you are still going on the 23rd i will still be there and be 1 week post op i am so excited after waiting 12 years to have it done! maybe come next week the nervousness will kick it. It's good to know that someone is about to have the op around the same time as me, try not to be terrified, i'm sure you will be fine xxx
