I would like to get rid of sagging upper eyelid and improve the appearance of my skin. I have large pores and some surface acne scarring. Will laser resurfacing help?

Hi,
Im wondering if someone can give me some advice. I have a really
important wedding to go to in a couple of weeks and want my skin to look
its best. I suffer from mild acne and get some really big spots
under the skin that seem to stay there for weeks. I was thinking about
having IPL photorejuvination to treat a few acne scars and veins as well but
heard that my skin could be left red and flaky for weeks afterwards. Also
I am on holiday at the moment so have got a tan.
Does anyone know if theres any other procedure thats good
for acne and scars and that will leave my skin looking good in a week or so?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
