Scar - cosmetic surgery can help?

i have some scar on my forehead and nose i want them remove, so plase give me some instructions i will waiting for your suggestions….….

I live in spain & would like to have correction of scars around the ears ,post facial & neck lift ,& on eyes (after blefaroplasty­).I also had some liposuction on my belly & legs with very irregular results.I would like to know whether these areas can be corrected.
I have also some brown spots on the face & some verrucas & red spots which I would like to eliminate with laser treatment.
finally, I had a fat transfer to my buttocks (infragluteal area) to correct a previous liposuction that left me with a big hole under my buttocks. the result was very good but not enough to fill the hole & give the right shape to my buttocks, so I wish to make a further transfer to this area.
