Breast lift with implants

I would like to know if anyone has had an uplift with an implant and could give my some advice . I already have large breasts but feel they would look better lifted with my own fat cells and breast tissue removed and then replaced with an implant to give me a nicer shape, if I don't get an implant does this mean in a few years down the line my tissues would go soft and start to drop again? This is why I want the implant to save me having to go through a second opp further down the line, please give me advice if you have or haven't had an implant with your uplift
