The decision you are going to make is very important, so take your time, do your research and go with the cosmetic surgery clinic and plastic surgeon you feel you can trust.

How you have described upper arm lift surgery is usually performed on clients after significant weight loss. Upper arm lift surgery and inner thigh lift is not performed as often as other types of cosmetic surgery. Often plastic surgeons prefer to perform only liposuction of these areas especially if you are young and still have good elasticity of the skin. Afterwards you will be advise to wear a support garment for 4–6 weeks after the surgery which will help your skin „shrink“.

Upper Arm Lift includes removing excess skin and often liposuction of arms is performed as well. The disadvantage of arm lift surgery is long scar which goes from inner elbow to armpit.
