mini arm lift

i have only a very small amount of loose/excess skin, which is basically mainly in the armpit/underarm area, but it really bothers me a great deal and looks very unpleasant to me especially when my arms are by my sides due to the appearance of the folds of skin in the armpit area. i have been reading about a kind of mini arm lift which can be done with just an incision in the armpit, not extending down the arm itself, to remove excess skin from the armpit to improve the appearance of skin folds and pull upper arm skin underneath the arm tighter. do the surgeons at beauty in prague ever carry out this sort of procedure? ive been reading it can be combined with a breast augmentation also, is that feasible? what sort of cost would it be for a mini lift without breast augmentation?

I too have loose skin under my arms I would also like to know more about liposuction upper abdomen hips an side panels on back an mainly the total cost an if the conselltation is,nt miles away
